Core questions
What is Create: Aeronautics?
It is a Minecraft mod that extends the Create family with buildable, physics-driven flying craft. You assemble hulls, propulsion, and controls so airships and similar vehicles behave as shared worlds with friends.
Do I need the main Create mod installed?
Yes. Create: Aeronautics is built to sit alongside the Create mod. Use the same Minecraft version and mod loader the authors list on the mod page, and follow any dependency list there before you start a new world.
Where should I download the mod?
Use the official project page on Modrinth. That is the right place to check supported versions, loaders, and release notes. Avoid repost sites; they are often outdated.
Will my existing world break when I update?
Any major mod update can change blocks or world behavior. Back up your world, read the version notes, and if you run a server, test updates on a copy first.
The game crashed after I added more mods. What should I do?
Start with a small pack: only Create, its dependencies, and Aeronautics. If that works, add other mods in batches. The troubleshooting and compatibility pages on this site walk you through the usual causes.
